This can come in extremely handy for those of you using your Pi as a monitoring station, or some other function that makes it inconvenient to keep a keyboard and mouse attached to your Pi.

Tab to the playback view and use the up and down arrows to adjust your volume

If you use your Pi for recording, you can also adjust the mic sensitivity by using Tab to navigate to capture and adjusting the sensitivity with the up and down arrow keys
